The dynamic songwriting duo of Rosie Long Decter and Chris Steward has never felt more alive and in-tune than on Bodywash’s new project. This album contains trance-inducing shoegaze reminiscent of Slowdive and the indie euphoria of Alvvays wrapped up in a nice sonic bow. The mixing and juxtaposition between the duo’s voices puts them in a well-deserved limelight.
