On his latest — named after the Toronto townhouse community where he grew up that’s since been partially demolished and refurbished — Duvy takes some trendy sounds and revitalizes them, proving that there’s still life in something like a piano-laced trap beat by picking the most textured, rhythmic and interesting of the bunch.
