Following a forced two-year hiatus, Quebec City’s gargantuan Festival d’été de Québec (FEQ) will be welcoming music fans back onto Quebec City’s historic Plains of Abraham this July with another all-star line-up.  Running July 6 to 17, the festival has extended its run-time by two days longer than their usual 10, providing even more time to roll out their impressive programming that offers something for everyone.

The festival kicks off strong on July 6 with French pop chanteuse Charlotte Cardin and Lennon Stella, keeping the pace throughout the week and into the weekend with well-known acts like Jack Johnson, Luke Combs, Maroon 5, and Spoon before turning up the heat for the Gen-Z fans who will no-doubt be flooding the Plains for a hip-hop heavy evening on July 10 when $uicideBoy$, 2 Chainz, and Denzel Curry take the stage.

Quebecers love pop punk almost as much as they love Metallica and they are proving it by inviting household names like Sum 41, Millencolin, and Pennywise. But the crowned achievement in terms of programming this year, and the main attraction for any music fan, is Alanis Morissette and alt-rock legends Garbage who will be performing on July 15, and Rage Against The Machine on July 16.

FEQ is one of Canada’s most important and notorious outdoor music festivals, priding itself on its multi-genre and diverse programming that they offer not only at their main stages on the Plains of Abraham, but also on stages and in smaller venues throughout Quebec City. With global attendance usually topping more than one million each year, FEQ offers the perfect setting to discover up-and-coming artists and enjoy world-renowned stars.

Founded in 1968, in past years the Festival has presented artists including The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga, Bon Jovi, Sting & Peter Gabriel, Elton John, The Black Eyed Peas, Billy Joel, KISS, and many more. This year continues the tradition with an action packed 12 days of programming for music fans of all ages.

FEQ passes are already on sale at $130 CND and starting (tax included, shipping costs not included). The transferable pass is limited to 4 passes/cards per transaction. Passes can be purchased at feq.ca
