“I wasn’t too familiar with Birria until a few years ago. Seeing multiple posts on Instagram made me search for the nearest in the city. That’s how I stumbled upon Tejas Birria! Make sure you pull up early because they’re known for selling out daily. My favourites are of course the Birria Taco Plate and the Birria Quesadilla. You’ll definitely need a nap after this.”
